BCB prides itself on providing some of the best-in-class equipment for company drivers. Our equipment includes late model Freightliner Cascadia with an average age of 1.5 years, 72-inch sleepers, Engine DD15 455 HP, automatic transmission, Thermo King TRIPAC APU with inverters, governed 70-MPH, and 228 Wheelbase.

Owner Operator

For Owner Operators, BCB prefers equipment 10-years or newer, in good appearance, and must be DOT ready. If the equipment is over 10–years and is in excellent condition the truck may be considered by the Vice President of Carrier Capacity if the owner-operator has a good PSP score, the truck is in good appearance and is DOT ready, evidenced by photos of the front sides and back of the vehicle.

Company Driver & Owner Operators

No matter if you’re a company driver or owner operator, your orientation is paid. At BCB, orientation is divided up into two segments.

Segment one is our online orientation. Segment two is our in-person classroom orientation held at a terminal facility and consists of live instruction lasting approximately two days.
