Brian began his transportation career working for Airborne Express and later moved to driving for Central Freight lines. Brian loved the daily challenge in which transportation provided different problems every day! In March of 2011, he and his business partner, Rick Larkin, began a trucking company called BCB Transport. The name of this company was created to fully take in our Core Values: Be Safe, Communicate, and if you can, Be On-Time.

Rick began his transportation career working for a contractor for Airborne Express. Rick found a passion for everything he did in transportation. While in transportation, Rick quickly learned that a very good skill was to simply have “People Skills”. These “People Skills” were used for Customer, Vendors and especially our Drivers. In March of 2011, he and his business partner Brian Brzozowski began a trucking company called BCB Transport. The name of this company was created to fully take in our Core Values: Be Safe, Communicate, and if you can, Be On-Time.

Today, with over 430 employees, everything is credited to Safety and the Culture around Safety. The Culture was taken to a new high with the podcast of BCB Live – The Safest Station in The Nation. Rick is married to his amazing wife, Kendra, and has four children and four grandchildren.

Executive Vice President, Capacity & Sales

Ed is one of our most experienced senior executives, with more than 59 years of transportation and supply chain experience! He was the Division President of American Eagle Lines before bringing his vast wealth of knowledge to BCB in 2015. His goal has been and always will be to use his past and present experiences to help internal and external customers with their transportation needs. When he is not maintaining his business relationships and creating new opportunities for BCB, he is quail hunting, fishing, playing golf or spending valuable time with his family.

Senior VP of Sales & Marketing

With over 40 years of experience in the supply chain sector, Jesse serves on our Sales team. He has held many titles including Director, Vice President and President, at Fortune 500 companies, as well as the owner of 3PL and Trucking companies. His experience includes warehouse designs, irregular route fleet start-up, dedicated services, and intermodal services.

Scott joined the BCB family in 2015 after finishing a 17-year career in Retail Management and Loss Prevention. Scott has extensive experience in customer service and operations. He utilizes those skills to provide oversight and build relationships between his drivers, staff, and customers. In his free time, you can find Scott spending time with his wife and four kids, “wetting a line” or hanging out in a deer blind waiting for that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Vice President of Logistics

Matt started his carrier in transportation in 1998 driving Semis on regional routes. The second year into his carrier, he took over as the Transportation Manager. He serviced 127 retail locations with 95% of the stores receiving five-day week service out of Dallas. He grew his regional fleet from 19 Class-A Drivers to 97 over the next 12 years. He was responsible for servicing 424 retail locations in the five-state surrounding area and even servicing Mexico out of Dallas. Matt joined the BCB family in February of 2012, where he truly found a forever home. When not at the office working, you can find him on the water fishing, or at the shop, working on his or his sons’ trucks.

Robert Sobiech

Director of Safety

Robert, or “Buckle Up Bob” as he is called, has a track record of success by building driver relationships. With 18 years in the transportation industry, he has extensive knowledge in FMCSA Regulations, Fleet Management, Hours of Service, and Logs. With a commitment to protecting life, Robert joined BCB Transport in 2015. He works closely with Drivers, Office Staff, and Ownership to develop the Company’s Safety Culture with every decision. Robert has 36 years of marriage, adores his grandchildren, and spends time working in his church’s Equipping Ministry. He enjoys baseball and golf in his limited spare time.

Human Resources Manager

Christi began her transportation career working for BCB Transport in August of 2019 after spending the last 15 years raising her children. Her previous experience includes being a CSR and then Account Manager for a distribution and fulfillment company, Operations Manager for a moving company that specialized in senior living facilities and Accounting for Spring Creek BBQ. She is committed to ensuring that all employees at BCB know they are more than just a truck number or employee id code. Christi loves concerts, singing and spending time with friends and family. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is slowly adjusting to being an empty nester.
